Annual fees include the following services to the general affiliate and are limited to both the organization/business and individual associate affiliate.

General Affiliates receive all program service offerings or can choose the development service offerings which provides three specific choice combinations; with limits on choice selections due to the cost of development services. Any services offered can be purchased at an additional affiliate discounted cost.

• Form 990-EZ (Return of Organizational Exempt From Income Tax) Incorporation and Limited Liability Corporation (LLC)

• Logo creative services and results not to exceed one and a half hours of total consultation time
