"Any individual with the desire to join the DCHSAA membership as a stakeholder with interest of becoming an asset towards DCHSAA’s vision, purpose, mission and goals. Associate Individual Members are entitled to similar rights and privileges other than being exempted from voting rights, and only allowed to participate in two limited annual selected program/development services offered per year as determined at the time of the membership purchase. Additional services may be purchased at membership discounted cost. Associate individual members are obliged by all the responsibilities in accordance with the DCHSAA’s By-Laws and it’s amendments. "
