"Any organization and or business type entity unable to meet the general membership’s eligibility criteria, may join DCHSAA’s membership as an associate member with similar rights and privileges other than being exempted from voting rights, and only allowed to participate in two limited annual selected program/development services offered per year as determined at the time of the membership purchase. Additional services may be purchased at a membership discounted cost. Associate members are obliged by all the responsibilities in accordance with the DCHSAA’s By-Laws and it’s amendments. "
